Lakeside Heights Property Owners Association

REmax is advertising 3 new homes (to be built) onConcho and Moose Trl- since there's only 2 lots facing Choncho this seems a bit difficult. Has there been any discussion of replatting these lots?

There is one lot facing Concho with an existing house (for remoding/renovation) and two lots facing Moose. They have approached the board about replatting the Moose lots to face Concho and building new houses on them. There have been noo plans submitted at this time for the new houses.
